Air Recon Inc is a Delaware Incorporated Company, doing business in San Antonio, Texas. ARI was founded in 2001 by a small group of private investors intent on developing the technology necessary to bring unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to market in a non-traditional roles. Primary focus of development has been in the commercial and the public first-responder markets.

Research and development has produced intellectual property that is proprietary to ARI. Purchased rights to existing airframes designs have also allowed us to vertically integrate production elements that compliment our in-house capabilities and patent (pending) navigation system.

An expanding UAV market and industry evolution has presented ARI new and unforeseen opportunities in IP licensing. This is where ARI has found the most success. Aside from the "know-how" involved with our protected IP, we continue to develop new and innovative systems that will provide licensed technology within the UAV industry.
